Walk-In Wednesday with the Warren Township Trustee’s Office

We are here to help!

Stop by the Trustee’s office, no appointment needed!

To complete an emergency assistance application, you must bring the following documents upon your arrival:

1. Valid State ID/Driver’s License for all adults (not expired)
2. All adults living in home and/or on lease must attend appointment
3. Social Security Cards for all household members
4. Birth Certificates for minors
5. Current Lease Agreement or month-to-month rental agreement must be on letterhead, or a mortgage statement or land contract
6. Proof of Income from all sources for the past 60 days
7. Most Recent Bank Transaction History
8. Proof of Circumstance or Emergency Situation (e.g., medical issues, separation of employment)

Important: Please plan for a possible wait time of up to 2 hours to be seen and complete your application.
