Our diaper assistance program offers free diapers to ensure that every child can stay clean, dry, and healthy to the residents of Warren Township.

Call our office at 317-327-8947 or contact us through our website to learn more about our program and how to access diaper assistance today.

To request diaper assistance, please contact our office at 317-327-8947.

Applicants must be able to provide the following documentation:

– Identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID)

– Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement)

– Proof of birth for the child in need of diapers (e.g., birth certificate)
