School Clothing Request

School Clothing Assistance

We are pleased to announce that the school clothing request period for the upcoming academic year will commence on July 8th and will remain open until July 19th, or until funds are depleted.

During this timeframe, eligible families may contact our office for school clothing assistance. Please note that requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and funding is limited.

To qualify for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Residency: Applicants must be residents of Warren Township.
  2. Enrollment: Children must be enrolled in school (kindergarten through 12th grade) and residing at the applicant’s address.
  3. Proof of Residency: Applicants must provide a valid proof of residency, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement.
  4. Birth Certificates: Applicants must provide birth certificates for all school-aged children.
  5. Social Security Cards: Applicants must provide social security cards for all household members.
  6. Proof of Enrollment: Applicants must provide proof of enrollment for all school-aged children, such as a report card, student ID, or letter from the school.
